Surekha's Kinesiology treatments were amazing for me. She was able to tell me where I needed healing, which organs needed healing, where my energy was stuck and even what supplements would help me. Following the session, I felt so good and that evening my body felt very tired and I had a really deep sleep. I woke up feeling really refreshed! Surekha is really skilled and does everything with so much care and attention.

Bach Flower Therapy
Wow wow wow! Surekha is a leading light in her field. I booked a consultation with her a few months ago to help me unravel some things that had been bothering me and keeping me stuck. She has a natural and evolved ability to delve deep into the subconscious thoughts and patterns and easily helped to establish one particular area which was tugging and holding me back in life. Surekha is an expert at asking the right questions and narrowing down to the root cause of the problem and also unravelling energy and thought processes which have deep impacts in our life. Since that session, I have easily let go of Whatsapp groups and people that were keeping me spiralling down the same rabbit hole. Surekha had said this ‘letting go’ is hard and there may be discomfort but it’s needed and will bring in new energy and friendships which are more aligned to me, which it has! I’m totally out of that rabbit hole now, thank God and thank Surekha who is an instrument of the same.
I loved the Flower Essences that Surekha gave to help me embed the new thoughts and help let go of the old and it has definitely helped to hasten the shifts in me. In fact, I’m a fan of Flower Essences now, I went and bought some more.

Kinesiology sessions with Surekha have been incredible and positively life changing. I reached out to Surekha when I was in the midst of a severe episode of anxiety and seriously low moods. It was a time in my life when I couldn't see the light at the end of the tunnel and felt completely stuck and lost. Through our sessions together, Surekha taught me there isn't a light at the end of the tunnel but instead the light I seek is within me! She created a safe and welcoming space for me to heal and to find myself again.
Through Kinesiology and the use of Bach flower remedies, Surekha facilitated my healing in the most nurturing and encouraging way. The kneisiology sessions highlighted the areas in my life I needed to work on and layer by layer, at my own pace, I started to heal.
After years of suppressing my feelings and hiding behind a fake smile, Surekha helped me to label my emotions and to recognise my feelings. She taught me that it's okay for me to feel what I am feeling and continues to help me to re-discover myself. Surekha taught me about setting boundaries, protecting my energy and letting go of my past so I can make way for new and better things!
The thing I love the most about Surekha is her passion for her work and the plethora of experience she has which enables her to connect with her clients on so many different levels.
Every session would leave me feeling awestruck. How does Surekha talk to my body through Kinesiology? How does my body know what is best for my health and well-being? How is it that the Bach flower remedies I selected (with my eyes closed) related to the sessions. The accuracy of the sessions continue to blow my mind! I always leave the session feeling calm, happy and empowered! Healing is a beautiful and magical journey.

I visited Surekha Patel for my much-needed pre-wedding massage! I needed a mental and physical break from all the wedding madness, and I have to say that the massage was incredible! I appreciated the calm ambience that was created, the variety of techniques used and most importantly how comfortable Surekha made me feel. She listened to what I wanted but also used her expertise in suggesting what she thought would benefit me. I went home feeling calm yet recharged which was exactly what I needed.

Having a Healing Massage with Surekha was eye opening and a miracle which cannot be explained in words only felt.
